Reports and complaints

How to report a profile, a photo or a behavior on Limbo, what we do with each report and how long we take to respond.

If a profile, a photo or a person does not follow the rules, let us know. Every report is read by a person on our team.

How to report

  • From a profile. Every profile has a "Report" link at the bottom. It is the fastest way because we already know who you are talking about.
  • General form. At Report content you can report anything on the site, with or without an associated profile.
  • By email. [email protected]. It also works for copyright matters and requests from the authorities.

What you can report

  • Photos that are not of the person, or a profile that does not match the person who shows up.
  • Requests for a deposit or advance payment that end in a scam.
  • Suspicion that the person is a minor, or that a third party is controlling them.
  • Mistreatment, threats or extortion, by either party.
  • False information: rates, services or area that repeatedly do not match.
  • Illegal content or content that exposes other people's data.

What happens with your report

  1. We read it. All of them. Those involving minors and trafficking go first.
  2. We review the profile. Photos, verification, history and other reports about the same profile.
  3. We contact the escort when appropriate, to hear the other side.
  4. We decide. The options are: no violation, ask for corrections, unpublish, suspend or close the account.

Response times

We respond to reports within 48 hours. Those involving minors or violence are handled the same day. Repeated reports about the same profile weigh more than a single one.

Anonymity

We do not tell the escort who reported them. If you leave an email or a WhatsApp number, we use it only to ask you for more information or to tell you what we decided.

What helps

Screenshots of the conversation, date and time, the profile name and the link. The more specific, the faster.
